A few days ago I discovered that one can make pasta out of zucchini! Yes, I'm probably the last person on the internet to know. This recipe for zucchini noodles with a sweet sauce is probably enough for me to whip out a potato peeler and manually carve out those zucchini ribbons...
Anyway, that's a very interesting recipe, and I'll pass it on to my friend who is a vegetarian. I bet she will thank me a lot for sharing it to her.
